About Us
St. Peter Publications is delighted to present a diverse collection of Christian
literature and materials that is orthodox in content, and Canadian and Anglican in perspective.
Our range of offerings encompasses a variety of publications, from the annual reports of the Atlantic Theological Conferences to "An Anglican Church Calendar" (based on the Canadian Book of Common Prayer - 1962), along with a plethora of booklets and pamphlets outlined in our Catalogue.
From 1984 through to 2006, we proudly published "The Anglican Free Press," a quarterly journal, which identified itself as 'A Faithful Watchman, Messenger, and Steward of the Lord.' The AFP endeavoured to look at contemporary Church matters through the lens of classical Anglican Christianity, serving as a vocal advocate for the revival of traditional faith in the Canadian Church.
In 2005, we embarked on a partnership with the "Anglican Planet Project" to inaugurate a new monthly periodical, 'The Anglican Planet.'
Our publications engage with the pressing concerns and disputes facing the Church today, including theological advancements, liturgical reforms, Christian ethics, the challenges of secularism, Church re-evangelization, and other matters of faith. St. Peter Publications gives voice to a living Catholic and evangelical tradition within our contemporary Anglican Church, working for renewal as we move forward in this new century and new Millennium.
Our website further features publications authored by Fr. John Pearce and provides a wealth of links to religious resources pertaining to classical Christianity, the Anglican Way, and various other perspectives. Thus, our mission is to uphold and articulate the 'faith once delivered to the saints,' proclaiming the unadulterated message of God's love through Jesus Christ our Lord.
St. Peter Publications is also honored to serve as an authorized retailer for the three-book series, "Discovering the Book of Common Prayer," penned by Sue Careless, originally published as a project of the Prayer Book Society of Canada.
